View eligible Discord servers, review installed products and open server-specific configuration.
Overview
The Titan Systems dashboard lists Discord servers where your signed-in account has suitable management access.
Each server has its own product configuration. Changes made to one server do not automatically affect another server.
Server management
Use the Discord account connected to the servers you want to manage.
The dashboard displays Discord servers where your account has suitable management permissions.
Choose the Discord server you want to manage from the available server list.
View Titan products currently installed in the server and their active plan.
Select a product to configure its Discord roles, channels, permissions and features.
Server information
Used to help you identify the correct Discord server inside the dashboard.
The permanent Discord identifier used to connect settings, products and licences to the server.
Shows whether your Discord account has suitable access to manage the server.
Displays which Titan Systems products are currently connected to the server.
Shows the active Premium plan connected to each Titan product.
Missing servers
You are signed into the wrong Discord account.
You no longer have suitable management permissions in the server.
Discord has not returned the latest server list yet.
The server is unavailable or has been deleted.
Your dashboard session needs to be refreshed.
Titan Modmail Premium applies to one selected Discord server. A separate subscription is required for each additional Modmail server.
Titan Moderation Premium is linked to the subscribed Discord account and may be used across any number of servers that account owns or manages.
Losing your Discord permissions may remove the server from your dashboard. Titan Systems may verify your permissions again before allowing important configuration or billing changes.
