Titan Modmail is currently being developed as a private Discord support system. Titan Moderation is also planned and remains in development.

No. Customer dashboard access will use your Discord account, so you will not need to create a separate password.

Yes. Titan products are designed for multiple independent Discord servers. Product licences and Premium access differ depending on the selected product.

A user sends a direct message to Titan Modmail, selects the correct server or department, and a private support ticket is created for authorised staff.

Yes. Titan Modmail is designed to keep each ticket linked to the correct Discord server, even when the same user has active tickets in multiple communities.

Completed HTML transcripts are uploaded to the transcript channel selected by the customer. Titan Systems does not plan to permanently store completed transcript files.

Titan Modmail Premium is £7.99 per month for one selected Discord server. A separate subscription is required for each additional server.

Titan Moderation is still in development. Its final commands, features and Premium availability may change before launch.

The planned product includes moderation commands, Automod, logging, raid protection, security controls, reminders, polls and server-management features.

The planned price is £9.99 per month, linked to the subscribed Discord account.

Yes. One Titan Moderation Premium subscription may be used across any number of Discord servers owned or managed by the subscribed customer.

Yes. Active paid subscriptions renew monthly until they are cancelled.

No. Removing a Titan bot from Discord does not automatically cancel the related subscription.

Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access will normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

No. Premium access must not be resold, transferred or shared with unrelated users.

No. Titan Systems will never ask for your Discord password, two-factor authentication codes, backup codes, payment card details or bot token.

Send the details to support@titansystems.uk with a clear description of the issue. Do not include passwords, tokens or private payment information.
