Getting started
Set up Titan Systems
Follow these steps to connect your Discord account, select a server and begin configuring a Titan Systems product.

Connect your first server

Sign in with Discord
Use your Discord account to access the Titan Systems dashboard. Your account will be used to identify the servers you are authorised to manage.

Select a Discord server
Choose a server where you have the required management permissions. Only eligible servers will appear in your dashboard.

Choose a Titan product
Install Titan Modmail or another available Titan Systems product for the selected Discord server.

Authorise the bot
Add the bot to your Discord server and approve the permissions required for its features to operate.

Complete the setup
Configure staff roles, channels, departments, logging and other product settings through the dashboard or Discord commands.
