Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for the safe, lawful and responsible use of Titan Systems products and services.

Effective date: 24 July 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how Titan Systems products, websites, dashboards and Discord bots may and may not be used.

By installing, accessing or using a Titan Systems service, you agree to follow this policy alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Lawful use

You must only use Titan Systems services for lawful purposes and in a way that complies with Discord's rules, applicable laws and the rights of other people.

You are responsible for how Titan products are configured and used within your Discord server.

3. Prohibited activity

You must not use Titan Systems services to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate or harm another person.

You must not use our services to distribute illegal content, malware, stolen data, phishing material, scams or content designed to compromise Discord accounts or other systems.

You must not use Titan products to organise fraud, evade law enforcement, bypass platform restrictions or facilitate activity that is unlawful in your location.

4. Abuse and disruption

You must not deliberately overload, disrupt, damage or interfere with Titan Systems infrastructure, Discord services or another customer's server.

Automated requests, spam, excessive command use, denial-of-service activity and attempts to exhaust service resources are prohibited.

5. Security

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to customer accounts, internal staff areas, databases, source code, API credentials, bot tokens or infrastructure.

You must not probe, scan or test Titan Systems for vulnerabilities without written permission.

Any suspected security issue should be reported privately to support@titansystems.uk.

6. Discord server permissions

You must only install or configure Titan products in Discord servers where you have the required authority.

You must not misrepresent your ownership, administrator status or permission to manage a server.

Server owners are responsible for assigning suitable permissions and preventing unauthorised staff access.

7. Modmail and support content

Titan Modmail must not be used to collect unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Server staff should only request information that is reasonably required to investigate or resolve a support matter.

You must not use modmail conversations to intimidate users, publish private messages without a lawful basis or retain information longer than necessary.

8. Transcripts

Titan Modmail may generate an HTML transcript when a ticket is closed and upload it to the transcript channel selected by the customer.

Customers are responsible for securing that Discord channel and controlling who can access stored transcripts.

Titan Systems does not intend to permanently store completed ticket transcripts on its own systems.

9. Premium subscriptions

Premium access is licensed per Discord server unless the product page states otherwise.

You must not attempt to transfer, duplicate, resell, share or bypass a Premium licence without permission from Titan Systems.

Attempts to manipulate payment status, licence checks, Stripe events or server identifiers may result in immediate suspension.

10. Branding and attribution

Free versions of Titan products may include Titan Systems branding.

Where supported, Premium customers may be allowed to remove or customise selected branding.

You must not falsely present Titan Systems software as your own product or remove protected attribution through unauthorised modification.

11. Resale and commercial exploitation

You must not resell, sublicense, copy, redistribute or commercially exploit Titan Systems software without written permission.

Using a Titan product within your own Discord community or business does not grant ownership of the software.

12. Enforcement

Titan Systems may investigate suspected breaches and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where necessary.

Serious abuse may result in removal of the bot, cancellation of Premium access, refusal of future service and reporting to Discord, payment providers or relevant authorities.

Where practical, we may contact the account holder before taking action, but urgent action may be taken without advance notice to protect users or infrastructure.

13. Reporting abuse

Reports should include the relevant Discord server ID, user ID, product, approximate date and a clear explanation of the issue.

Do not send bot tokens, passwords, payment card details or unnecessary private information in a report.

Reports can be sent to support@titansystems.uk.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products, legal obligations or security requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this website with an updated effective date.
