Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Titan Systems websites, dashboards, Discord bots, subscriptions and related services.

By accessing, installing, purchasing or using a Titan Systems product, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Titan Systems provides Discord-based software and related web services, including Titan Modmail and Titan Moderation.

Products may include free features, paid Premium features, dashboards, documentation, support services and future integrations.

Some products or features may remain in development, testing or limited release until they are made publicly available.

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location.

You must have permission to install and manage Titan Systems products in every Discord server where you use them.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Titan Systems complies with local laws and Discord's terms and policies.

Titan Systems may use Discord authentication to identify users, display eligible servers and verify permissions.

You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for all activity carried out through your authenticated account.

You must not share access to your account, impersonate another person or attempt to access servers you are not authorised to manage.

Titan Modmail provides a private support system that connects Discord direct messages with server ticket channels.

Server owners and staff are responsible for configuring staff roles, departments, ticket channels, transcript channels and permissions correctly.

Titan Systems is not responsible for staff actions, server rules, ticket decisions or content sent by users through a customer's modmail system.

Titan Modmail Premium costs £7.99 per month for one selected Discord server.

A separate Titan Modmail Premium subscription is required for each additional Discord server.

Premium access may include advanced departments, staff analytics, saved responses, branding controls, advanced ticket management, priority support and future web-panel features.

Titan Moderation provides Discord moderation, logging, automod, security and community-management features.

Customers are responsible for reviewing moderation settings, command permissions, automated actions and logging channels before enabling them.

Automated moderation may produce incorrect or unexpected actions, and server staff remain responsible for reviewing important decisions.

Titan Moderation Premium costs £9.99 per month.

An active Titan Moderation Premium subscription may be used across any number of Discord servers owned or managed by the subscribed customer.

Premium access must remain linked to the subscribed customer's Discord account and may not be resold, transferred or shared with unrelated users.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Subscription prices and billing details will be shown before purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and cancelling any subscription you no longer require.

You may cancel a subscription through the available billing controls or by contacting Titan Systems support.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but Premium access will normally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.

Removing a bot from a server does not automatically cancel the related subscription.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Titan Systems Refund Policy.

Payments for activated digital services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Titan Systems approves a refund for a qualifying billing or service issue.

Titan Systems may provide free product features without charge.

Free features may include Titan Systems branding, usage limits, reduced customisation or fewer advanced tools.

We may change or discontinue free features where reasonably necessary.

Free Titan Systems products may display Titan Systems names, links, logos or attribution.

Supported Premium plans may allow selected branding to be removed or customised.

You must not remove protected branding through unauthorised modification or falsely present Titan Systems software as your own.

You are responsible for your Discord server, staff team, permissions, configuration and use of Titan Systems products.

You must regularly review access permissions and remove staff access when it is no longer required.

You must not use Titan Systems to collect unnecessary personal information or engage in prohibited activity.

Titan Modmail may process ticket messages while a ticket is active and while generating a transcript.

When a ticket is closed, an HTML transcript may be uploaded to the Discord transcript channel selected by the customer.

Titan Systems does not intend to permanently store completed ticket transcripts on its own systems.

Customers are responsible for controlling access to transcript channels and deciding how long transcripts remain stored in their Discord server.

We aim to keep Titan Systems services available, but continuous or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, hosting providers, Discord outages, payment services, internet failures or events outside our control.

We may temporarily restrict access where necessary to protect security, investigate abuse or perform maintenance.

Titan Systems may add, change, replace or remove product features over time.

Planned or advertised development features are not guaranteed to be released on a particular date.

We will aim to provide reasonable notice where a major change materially affects a paid service.

Titan Systems may restrict, suspend or terminate access where these terms or our policies are breached.

Access may also be restricted because of failed payments, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risks, licence bypassing or unlawful activity.

Serious or urgent breaches may result in immediate action without advance notice.

Titan Systems retains ownership of its software, source code, branding, website content, designs and documentation.

Using a Titan Systems product grants you a limited right to use the service under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software.

You must not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell or create unauthorised versions of Titan Systems products.

Titan Systems relies on third-party services that may include Discord, Stripe, hosting providers, database providers and infrastructure platforms.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Titan Systems is not responsible for failures or changes caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

This includes lost data, lost revenue, server disruption, moderation decisions, staff actions or loss of access caused by customer configuration or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as our products, pricing, legal obligations or business operations change.

The latest version will be published on this website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of Titan Systems after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
