Customer Dashboard
Learn how Discord authentication connects your account to the Titan Systems dashboard.
Overview
Titan Systems uses Discord authentication so you do not need to create or remember another password.
Discord confirms your identity, while Titan Systems uses your Discord account and server permissions to decide which dashboard areas you can access.
Login process
Select Continue with Discord from the Titan Systems website or dashboard.
Discord will ask you to confirm the account being used and approve the requested authentication access.
Titan Systems reads the Discord information required to identify your account and check which servers you can manage.
The dashboard displays Discord servers where your account has suitable permissions.
Select a server to configure installed Titan products or manage Premium access.
Discord information
Used as the permanent identifier for your Titan Systems account.
Used to display your Discord identity inside the dashboard.
Used for your dashboard profile where available.
Used to identify the Discord servers connected to your account.
Used to confirm whether you are authorised to manage each server.
Titan Systems never receives or stores your Discord password.
Access rules
A Discord server may not appear if your account does not have the required management permission, the server list has not refreshed or you authorised the wrong Discord account.
Server access will be checked again when you attempt to make important configuration changes.
Account safety
Check that the Discord account shown during login is the correct one.
Do not share access to your Discord account with another person.
Enable two-factor authentication on your Discord account.
Remove unknown authorised applications from your Discord settings.
Sign out of shared or public computers after using the dashboard.
Contact Titan Systems if you notice unexpected server access.
Access the Titan Systems dashboard using the Discord account that manages your servers.
