Removing a Server

Understand the difference between removing a bot, disconnecting a server, cancelling Premium and deleting stored configuration.

Important difference

Removal and cancellation are separate actions

Removing a Titan bot from Discord does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription.

Disconnecting a server from the dashboard also does not automatically remove the bot, cancel billing or delete all stored information.

Available actions

What each action does

Remove the bot from Discord

The Titan bot is removed from the selected Discord server through Discord.

Result

The product stops operating in that server, but related dashboard records and subscriptions may still remain.

Disconnect the server from the dashboard

The server is removed from your visible Titan Systems dashboard connection.

Result

This does not automatically remove the bot from Discord or cancel an active Premium subscription.

Cancel the Premium subscription

Future monthly renewals are stopped through the billing controls.

Result

Premium access normally remains active until the current paid billing period ends.

Delete stored configuration

Eligible server settings and account connections are removed following a verified deletion request.

Result

Some billing, audit, security or legal records may need to be retained.

How removal affects Premium

Titan Modmail Premium

Premium applies to one selected Discord server. Removing or disconnecting that server does not automatically cancel the £7.99 monthly subscription.

Titan Moderation Premium

Premium is linked to the subscribed Discord account and may be used across managed servers. Removing the bot from one server does not cancel the £9.99 monthly account subscription.

Before removal

Check these items first

Download or retain any Discord-hosted transcripts you still require.

Check whether an active Premium subscription needs to be cancelled.

Review important logs and configuration before removing access.

Tell your staff team before disabling a support or moderation product.

Confirm that another bot or process will replace any critical protection.

Make sure you are removing the correct Titan product and Discord server.

Removing the bot may immediately stop protection or support

Open Modmail tickets may become unavailable, and moderation or security features may stop operating as soon as the bot leaves the Discord server.
