Overview
Anyone who gains access to your Discord account may also be able to access the Titan Systems dashboard and manage eligible servers.
Protecting your Discord account and server permissions is the most important part of keeping your Titan Systems access secure.
Titan protections
Titan Systems uses Discord sign-in rather than a separate dashboard password.
Your Discord permissions are checked before important server changes are allowed.
Internal Titan Systems tools are restricted using approved Discord staff roles.
Sensitive staff actions, subscription changes and customer access may be recorded.
Encrypted connections are used when communicating with supported services.
Staff access should be limited to the information required for support or service management.
Recommended actions
Enable two-factor authentication on your Discord account.
Use a unique and secure password for Discord.
Never share Discord backup codes or login sessions.
Review authorised Discord applications regularly.
Remove unknown bots and integrations from your servers.
Keep Administrator permission limited to trusted people.
Sign out of the Titan Systems dashboard on shared devices.
Warning signs
A server appears that you do not recognise.
Product settings change without your approval.
A Premium subscription appears on the wrong account or server.
Unknown staff members gain access to private channels.
Your Discord account sends unexpected messages or commands.
You receive login or security alerts you did not trigger.
Security response
Change your Discord password, enable two-factor authentication and sign out of other sessions.
Remove any Discord application or integration you do not recognise.
Check staff roles, Administrator access, bot roles and channel permissions.
Check product configuration, subscriptions and connected Discord servers.
Report suspicious Titan Systems account activity to support@titansystems.uk.
Do not send Discord passwords, backup codes, payment card details or bot tokens to anyone claiming to represent Titan Systems.
