Product pricing
A separate subscription is required for every additional Discord server using Titan Modmail Premium.

One active subscription may be used across any number of Discord servers owned or managed by the subscribed customer.

Checkout process
Open the pricing page or the relevant product inside your Titan Systems dashboard.
Review whether the subscription applies to one Discord server or to the subscribed Discord account.
Enter the required billing information through the secure payment page.
Titan Systems receives the confirmed subscription status from the payment provider.
Premium features become available for the eligible product, server or subscribed account.
Subscription status
The subscription is paid and Premium access is currently enabled.
A renewal payment has failed and action may be required to prevent Premium access from ending.
Future renewals have stopped. Premium may remain active until the current paid period ends.
The paid billing period has ended and Premium access is no longer active.
A non-paid licence has been issued by Titan Systems for authorised testing or internal use.
Renewals
Active paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The payment provider will attempt to charge the saved payment method when the next billing period begins.
Failed renewal payments may place the subscription into a past-due state. Premium access may be restricted if payment is not completed.
Cancellation
Open the billing or subscription area in your Titan Systems dashboard.
Select the subscription you want to manage.
Choose the cancellation option.
Confirm that future renewals should stop.
Premium access will normally remain active until the paid billing period ends.
Removing a Titan bot from Discord does not automatically cancel the related subscription.
