Configure your first server
Add Titan Modmail
Invite Titan Modmail to the Discord server you want to manage. You must have permission to add bots and manage the server.
Choose the staff role
Select the Discord role that should be allowed to view tickets, reply to users, claim tickets and close conversations.
Select the ticket category
Choose the Discord category where Titan Modmail should create private ticket channels.
Select the transcript channel
Choose the channel where closed-ticket HTML transcripts should be uploaded.
Select the logging channel
Choose the channel used for ticket creation logs, claim activity, close reasons and important support actions.
Configure departments
Create departments such as General Support, Billing Support, Bug Reports or Staff Reports.
Review permissions
Make sure Titan Modmail can view channels, send messages, embed links, attach files and manage ticket channels.
Test the system
Send a direct message to Titan Modmail and complete a full test ticket before opening the system to your community.
