Titan Modmail Premium only applies to the Discord server selected during checkout. A separate £7.99 monthly subscription is required for every additional Discord server you want to upgrade.

Upgrade process

Activate Premium for your server

Sign in with Discord

Use the Discord account that manages the server you want to upgrade.

Select your server

Open the server from your Titan Systems dashboard.

Choose Titan Modmail Premium

Start the Premium subscription for the selected Discord server.

Complete payment

Finish the secure checkout process using the available payment method.

Premium activates

Premium features are unlocked for that selected Discord server after payment is confirmed.

Cancellation

Cancel future renewals at any time

Cancelling prevents the subscription from renewing again. Premium access will normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Removing Titan Modmail from your Discord server does not automatically cancel the Premium subscription.
