Titan Modmail uses Discord slash commands. Available commands may depend on the user's Discord permissions, configured staff roles and the server's current plan.

Ticket commands
Commands used by staff while managing active modmail conversations.
/reply/reply message:<text>Send a reply from the Discord ticket channel to the user through direct messages.
Free/claim/claimClaim responsibility for the current ticket so other staff can see who is handling it.
Free/unclaim/unclaimRemove your claim from the current ticket and return it to the support queue.
Free/forceclaim/forceclaim staff:<member>Assign the current ticket to another authorised staff member.
Free/close/close reason:<text>Close the current ticket, record the close reason and generate the configured transcript.
Free/transcript/transcriptGenerate or resend an HTML transcript for the current ticket where supported.

/setup/setupOpen the main setup process for staff roles, categories, transcripts and logging.
Free/config/configReview the current Titan Modmail configuration for the Discord server.
Free/department/departmentCreate, edit, enable or disable ticket departments.
Free/staff-role/staff-role role:<role>Set the Discord role that is allowed to manage modmail tickets.
Free/ticket-category/ticket-category category:<category>Set the Discord category where new ticket channels are created.
